Josh Henderson

Josh received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy through the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND. Josh also received a Doctorate of Science (ScD) through Texas Tech University. Currently as the co-owner and the lead physical therapist at North 40 Physical Therapy Josh specializes in assessing and treating orthopedics, manual therapy, rehabilitation, concussion management, therapeutic exercise, biomechanical and pathomechanical dysfunctions. Other areas of expertise include orthopedic screening and treating from the International Academy of Orthopedic Medicine (IAOM). He has been certified and treating vestibular disorders since 2014. 

 

With a background in wrestling at the collegiate level, Josh has accelerated interest in treating a variety of athletes in all sports to prevent sports related injuries. Josh’s love of the outdoors and fitness drives his passions for land preservation for hunting, fishing, and recreation. He started coaching CrossFit in 2021 in Billings taking the lead role in the gym to make fitness viable for everyone. He was adjunct faculty for the University of Mary Occupational Therapy in Billings, MT, and still does guest lectures for the University of Mary’s OT and PT programs. He has also guest lectured for the University of Wyoming Department of Kinesiology and WWAMI Medical School. Josh attests his true gifts from God are his wife of 12+ years Aubrey, who has encouraged him through all his training and efforts, and his 4 amazing children, Kaden, Patrick, Ava, and Maverick.
