Lindsay

Lindsay grew up in San Diego, CA, living in Montana since 2012. She attended Whittier College in Los Angeles, CA, earning her bachelor of arts in Kinesiology and graduating from the University of St. Augustine in San Marcos, CA, with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Lindsay has been practicing physical therapy, primarily in the orthopedic setting, since 2012. However, early in her career, she worked in a rural area, practicing in multiple locations, including acute care, skilled nursing, and outpatient practice.

In 2020, Lindsay became a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist and enjoys treating various orthopedic conditions, including most pre- and post-operative conditions, total joint replacements, running and sports injuries, low back pain, soft tissue sprains/strains, and other musculoskeletal issues. She enjoys spending one-on-one time with her patients to get to know them better professionally and personally to help them meet their goals and get back to their activities pain-free. She has extensive experience in manual therapy and uses this along with an exercise-based approach to help her patients return to their activities with the capacity to offer gym exercises, aquatic therapy, or training programs to be completed at home.

She also holds additional certifications in functional dry needling, blood flow restriction training, kinesiology taping, and equine rehabilitation.

Outside work, she is a competitive show jumper with two of her four horses and keeps busy with her dog and cats. She is an avid runner and yoga enthusiast. Lindsay and her boyfriend enjoy spending time with their dogs outdoors, whether camping, white water rafting, hiking, or road trips around Montana.
