Teressa Sanders

Teressa is a hometown native growing up right here in Billings, Montana. She has a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona, and her previous Master’s degree in Physical Therapy was obtained from Georgia Southern University, Armstrong Campus in Savannah, Georgia. Teressa has enjoyed working in several locations throughout the country in her career as she was able to do some traveling as a former military spouse. The experience has allowed her to treat a wide range of patients, including outpatient, inpatient, skilled nursing, and home health care. Her industry passion is treating patients in an outpatient setting suffering from chronic pain, post-operative, and general musculoskeletal issues. She has also recently added treatment of pelvic health patients to her repertoire, including pregnant and postpartum patients and those with pelvic pain, incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and menopause. Her treatment regimens include aquatics, therapeutic exercises/activities, dry needling, Pilates, mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork. Teressa’s commitment to the Billings area recently brought her back to the community she loves to provide high quality physical therapy care.
